When the Alps shake and the nights seem endless, it's BERGFESTival weekend. The timetable hasn't been published yet, but one thing is certain: Marteria will be headlining on Friday at the opening and, as always, will be rocking the stage live. Also appearing are Donots, H-Blockx, Turbobier, Sondaschule, Arnim Teutoburg-Weiss, Blackout Problems and Brew Barrymore. You'll be staying at the 4-star Superior Hotel Hasenauer – and even if you don't necessarily need a sauna, wellness area and whirlpool with a view of the slopes at a festival, it's pretty cool to have that option available. Our first trip of the main season takes us back to Laax! At the Mountain Hostel, you'll be staying right in the heart of the ski resort, on the piste and close to the snow parks. The accommodation is simple, but clean and comfortable, and the best thing about it: it is located at 2,252 metres above sea level and offers half board with breakfast included and a delicious 3-course dinner. Axamer Lizum is one of the top freeride spots in the Innsbruck Olympic ski region. With 300 hectares of open terrain, numerous north-facing slopes and altitudes of up to 2,340 metres, it offers perfect conditions for unforgettable powder adventures. It is not without reason that the area is nicknamed ‘Weißes Dachl’ (white roof) – snow is guaranteed here. The new Hoadlbahn cable car takes you directly from the car park up to the Hoadl-Haus at 2,340 m in just 6 minutes, so winter sports enthusiasts can get from the bottom to the top quickly and easily – together with the Olympia funicular – something that few ski resorts offer. The legend is back! We are finally relaunching our Night Ride Special in Galtür – a day of skiing that perfectly combines action on the slopes, floodlit fun and a party atmosphere. Starting at 2:30 p.m. right on the night ski slope, we'll be hosting an XXL edition of our After Snow Party: the finest electronic music, cool drinks, delicious food and a great atmosphere – all at the Addis Ababa Bar, right in the middle of the action. As a welcome gift, everyone who wants one will receive a Prinz Mini Welcome Shot. Those who prefer classic après-ski music will also find suitable options in the valley and along the night ski slope. This means that everyone can enjoy the day according to their own taste. Close by, guaranteed snow and plenty of kilometres of slopes – Damüls is definitely one of our favourite spots! The ski resort is known for its abundant snowfall, so it's no wonder that backcountry skiing is a big deal here and you can already picture your line in your mind while riding the lift. At our BBQ special in front of the Snowpark Hut, you can chill out in the sun and watch the pros freestyle. Our after-snow party, where we will once again be serving our delicious Hot Bull for free, will take place in front of and inside the rustic Schwartenstadl, right next to the bus car park.
